Today was a sweaty 30 degrees C , not chilli friendly. Thankfully right before dinner a storm rolled in, so we sat eating vegetable chilli over baked sweet potatoes and watercress lightly dressed with olive oil,sea salt, and lemon juice and watched the lightning.
